It’s time for a little self-promotion. The Balkan Network for Local Democracy team has released a promotional publication to promote Western Balkan activities.
The Balkan Network for Local Democracy is proud to present to you our very own local democracy quiz, of which it has been extensively made sure that it can provide a good test of one's local democracy knowledge.
The event "My city – Youth city" brought together all stakeholders (representatives of the Municipality, public institutions, non-governmental sector, as well as youth representatives) who work with young people and seek to improve their position in society together to discuss the current situation and to present some good practices in the local community, including several initiatives that have been implemented by young people.
Public administration reform is one of the key preconditions on which the European integration process of the Republic of Serbia is based on. Within the WeBER project, which is focused on monitoring and reporting on the progress of public administration reform in Serbia, Local Democracy Agency Subotica implemented the Local Civic Monitor project. The WeBER project subgranting programme is a project funded by the European Union and coordinated by Centre for European Policy.
With the accreditation of the Council of Europe, ALDA Skopje implements the programme of The European Label of Governance Excellence (ELoGE) in North Macedonia, Croatia, and Kosovo, and is part of the consortium implementing the program in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
